Tell-A-Friend is an electronic invitation to visit ONZE's web site, the sole purpose of which is to create awareness to our Internet presence. For the purposes of this process, sender is the person, initiating and submitting the Tell-A-Friend invitation, and said person warrants that he/she is in fact the person named in the said submission as the sender. Sender further warrants that he/she is authorized to use the e-mail address entered as the sender's in the Tell-A-Friend form. Friend is the recipient of said invitation. Sender warrants and expressly implies that she/he knows the recipient(s) and is authorized by said party to submit unsolicited e-mail and messages to the same through the e-mail address entered. Any misuse of the Tell-A-Friend may be a violation of the law, and that is the sole responsibility of the sender, the person originating the transmission.

Sender and friend must be 18 years or older, or of majority of age as may be applicable according to the statues of jurisdiction, whichever is greater.

Please note that the Tell-A-Friend, as most Internet processes, is vulnerable to various security issues and hence should be considered unsecured. By using the Tell-A-Friend and the Internet in general, you may be subject to various risks, including among others:

- Exposure to objectionable material and/or parties, including without limitation, contaminated files.

- Unauthorized invasion of your privacy during, or as a result of, your or another's use of the process.

- Spoofing, eavesdropping, sniffing, spamming, breaking passwords, harassment, fraud, forgery, "imposturing", electronic trespassing, tampering, hacking, nuking, system contamination including without limitation use of viruses, worms and Trojan horses causing unauthorized, damaging or harmful access and/or retrieval of information and data on your computer and other forms of activity that may even be considered unlawful.

- Unauthorized exposure of information and material you listed or sent, on or through Tell-A-Friend, to others, the general public or any other specific entities for which the information and material was not intended by you.

If you do not wish to be subjected to these risks, you are advised NOT to use Tell-A-Friend. Furthermore, please do NOT use the Tell-A-Friend for "Mission Critical" or "Content Sensitive" applications and purposes. For the purpose of this notice "Mission Critical" applications and purposes shall mean applications and use that may result in damage; "Content Sensitive" shall mean any information or data you do not wish to be freely accessible and generally available to Internet users.

Users understand and consent to the processing of personal information in the United States.

ONZE assumes no responsibility for lost, mutilated, intercepted, altered, or misdirected Tell-A-Friend, nor any other communications in any form whatsoever. ONZE assumes no responsibility whatsoever for misuse or abuse of Tell-A-Friend nor for any damage or liability as a result thereof. By submitting a Tell-A-Friend you agree without limitations to all the terms and conditions set forth, and others that may be applicable by law; and further, by doing so, the sender assumes any and all liability and responsibility.
